How to buy a gift voucher?
You can buy your gift voucher in person at the hotel or by e-mail. When purchasing a voucher in person you can pay in cash or by card. Your gift voucher will have a stamp and a unique signature with the date of purchase and will be issued to you in person.
When purchasing online, you will receive an e-mail with a gift voucher within 24 hours after it has been paid. If you want to surprise a special someone with the gift we will send them an e-mail with the voucher.
We will provide you with a unique code that is necessary when using the service.
When sending a gift voucher to an e-mail, you can enter a personalised message (up to 50 words) for the recipient, free of charge. Please, do not forget to mention this during your purchase.
The voucher is valid six months from the date of issuance. The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
